Gerald Barnett, Director
The launch of RTEI is being coodinated by Gerald Barnett. Gerald has 18 years' experience working in university innovation and research management environments. With colleagues around the country, he aims to develop RTEI into a coalition of associates that extend the capabilities and impact of top university research teams.
